If I haven't started your commission , I can offer a full refund (not including taxes or processing fee) within 7 days after payment, and 60% after 7 days.If I've already started working on your sketch and you're unsatisfied, I can offer a 30% refund, but only 7 days after it's first in line.If I've spent 60 days without getting started on your order, you're entitled to a full refund.After the last sketch is approved, I will offer no refunds.
